Monitoring of the Infrastructure alarm
Alarm information to the field team
Escalation of the alarms as per defined matrix and updating the matrix time to time
Ensuring site wise mapping of the technicians/ vendors /supervisors
Generation of trouble tickets for all infra alarms
Closure of the TT after ground feedback & generation of MIS for TTs for management
Auditing of the alarm termination for sample sites with the help of Technicians on ground
Roles & Responsibilities of Opex-Controller
Interface will all site owners and manage their issues up to satisfaction levels
Controlling the Managing security agencies and their performance
Ensuring the safety to the site equipments
All statutory compliances i.e. DG Pollution, DG Running permission, EB disconnection and restoration
Vigilance of sites as per define format and frequency
Resolve access issues at sites with the help of legal teams and ensure 24X7 access to the sites
Roles & Responsibilities Head Security and Liasoning
Shall be headed by a Retd. Police officer of not less than the rank of a Dy. SP.
Will cover all the security aspects pertaining to Telecom Group and company assets.
Will ensure safety for company employees & assets.
Will coordinate with local administration to counter local administrative issues.
Ensure theft free and pilferage free environment to smoothly run the network.
Roles & Responsibilities of Head Administration
Shall be headed by a Retd. Army officer
Will be responsible for Administration of entire manpower resources.
Will ensure implementation of Telecom Group model for manpower resources
Will ensure model code of conduct for manpower.
Maintain and update site database related to real estate, rentals, Security, Energy and utility expenses .
Roles & Responsibilities of Fault-Controller
Ensure healthiness of DG, BB, PIU, PP, AVR, AC’s, Site Electricals, Foundation – tower, Shelter, Boundary wall by carrying out the preventive, corrective maintenance as per the guidelines on daily basis
Keeping a track of servicing/breakdown maintenance in coordination with the service vendor of respective equipment.
Has to attend to all alarms of his sites & close the alarms on a priority basis and send the information to TOC and keep records of the same.
Has to update the records/reports to supervisor on daily basis.
Carry out detailed route cause analysis of the outages in his area of responsibility and reporting the same to the supervisor with reasons/action taken/recommendation on daily basis.
Estimate/deviation of the diesel consumption is to be regularly monitored and max. Utilization of the electricity to keep the diesel consumption at a min. level.
Have a closed loop with the security team.
Ensure proper housekeeping for his sites.
Make the availability of log books and diesel filling record at his sites.
Ensure 100% infra availability and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities Sr. Executive
Will ensure max. utilization of EB.
Will coordinate with local EB authorities for max. EB availability
Will coordinate for timely EB fault rectification
Will act as an INDUS interface for EB billing payments and reconciliation of EB bills.
Study and ensure proper voltage availability at the sites and suggest corrective measures like installation of transformer & servo at low voltage sites.
MIS – FMS Will ensure and record actual filling data from the field on day today basis and map the same with estimated consumption variations if any shall be reported and explanation to be taken from technician.
MIS – EMS Will record and update all the owner related issues of resolution in a speedy manner.
MIS – OUTAGES Will carry out route cause analysis for all the outages on daily basis.
MIS – Telecom Group Will act as link between OME and Telecom in terms of Data & Reports
